Throughout my journey, Iāve come to realize that all the things we desireābalance, resilience, confidenceāare within reach. They reside right within us. Our bodies hold incredible wisdom; we just need to listen. By truly connecting with ourselves and supporting our health from the inside out, we can step into the most empowered, radiant versions of who weāre meant to be.
ABOUT MORGAN
In addition to being a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, Iām a Public Health graduate, and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Iām also the host of the Recipe for Radiance podcast, available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Wellness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I spent hours in the kitchen with my dad, a professional chef, which sparked my deep love for cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I also grew up in a family that was big on movement and sports, so staying active became a natural and fun part of my daily life. But my transformative wellness journey didnāt start in the most glamorous wayāit began with learning how to feel good in my own body. Like many people, I struggled with hormone imbalances, body insecurities, and a sense of not truly knowing who I was.
I earned my degree in Public Health first, and after working in the field, I realized my true passion was helping people address the root causes of their health issues rather than just treating the symptoms. This led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach. Along the way, I also became a Certified Yoga Instructor. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 13, and itās the perfect complement to my coaching journey. Learning how nutrition, movement, and mindfulness work together to bring balance and ease to the body has completely transformed my approach to wellness.
Iām so passionate about helping others experience their own transformation. Coaching has allowed me to do just thatāhelping people connect with themselves, find balance, and make lasting changes that align with their values.
When Iām not coaching, I love teaching yoga, exploring new movement studios, creating nourishing recipes, popping into coffee shops, and visiting my local farmers' markets each week. I feel my best when Iām moving, whether itās strength training, Pilates, yoga, or just going for a walk. But truly, Iām happiest when Iām surrounded by the people I love: my fiancĆ©, family, friends, and of course, my sweet Springer Spaniel.
Ultimately, my mission is to guide others to embrace wellness in a way that feels good for themāmentally, physically, and emotionally. Itās all about making small, mindful choices every day that add up to big transformations.

2016-2019
Between 2016 - 2019, I was feeling mis-aligned, overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, acne, and stuck in a pattern of restriction and low self-worth. My definition of wellness was swayed by unattainable societal standards. I struggled to find balance. I felt fragile, isolated and defeated.

2020
In 2020, I realized that the latest wellness trends offering a quick fix were no longer aligned with what I was craving. I felt called to lean into change that would offer me longevity. I began to believe that true transformation required me to dig deep to address my inner world that Iād unknowingly disassociated from for so long.

2021-2023
In 2021, I began to shift my mindset and prioritize my transformative wellness journey. I found myself becoming more mindful and taking the initiative to change habits that were no longer serving me. Through small, intentional changes, I felt significant transformations beginning to take place. Leading from a place of love and authenticity became my source of guidance. I replaced anxieties with empowerment and truly began to step into an energy that offered me abundance.

TODAY
Today, I feel more aligned and empowered than I ever have before. I embrace my authenticity and feel comfortable in my own skin. I listen attentively to the whispers of my intuition and heed the gentle guidance my body offers. I've learned to discern what nourishes my soul and what no longer resonates with my journey. I hold sacred space for my ongoing growth and evolution, recognizing that perfection is an illusion, and that true transformation arises from showing up for myself, day after day, with courage and compassion.

As women, we often find ourselves overlooked, our voices drowned out by societal expectations and norms.
Our concerns are brushed aside as "dramatic," our symptoms dismissed as "normal." In a world saturated with diet culture and beauty standards, it's all too common to feel lost and alone in the pursuit of wellness.
But here's the truth: I see you. I hear you. And I'm here for you.
My mission is simple, yet deeply meaningful: to build a connection that honors your unique journey, equips you with knowledge, and encourages you to discover your inner wisdom. Think of me as your partner in wellness and your biggest cheerleader, here to support you every step of the way.
I understand that embarking on a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being can feel overwhelming at times. It's a journey that can bring forward many emotions, from moments of vulnerability to flashes of inspiration, and everything in between. But I want you to know that you don't have to navigate this journey alone. I'll be right by your side, offering guidance, encouragement, and tools of nourishment along the way.
To me, optimal well-being is achieved by looking inward, acknowledging our innermost thoughts and feelings, and tending to the wounds that need healing. Together, we'll create a safe space where you can explore, grow, and ultimately blossom into the most radiant version of yourself.

Movement is a daily non-negotiable for me. Iām a certified yoga instructor, but honestly, I love exploring all kinds of movement. Each week, I mix it up with a combo of strength training, Pilates, and, of course, yoga. It keeps things interesting and helps me stay balanced, both physically and mentally.

Creating recipes has been a hobby of mine since childhood, and itās something I still love pouring my energy into as an adult. I feel most like me when I'm getting creative in the kitchen, mixing wholesome ingredients into something thatās both nourishing and delicious.

One of the biggest game changers in my happiness has been learning to find joy in the little thingsālike getting lost in a great book, going on walks with friends, cuddling up with my springer spaniel, or checking out new yoga and pilates studios. I love exploring farmers markets, hunting for new health food stores, and finding cozy coffee shops.
